UNWRAPPING
When unwrapping your stamper for the first time, remove the cap & allow the stamp pad to air dry for 60 seconds.
PRACTICE
Get a CLEAN used golf ball ready for practice.
Align the stamp and complete a swift firmly pressed roll "OVER" the ball. The first several imprints may appear over-inked and smudged - this is normal. Continue stamping until the image becomes more distinct. Apply additional pressure on subsequent stamps if a faint or partial image is imprinted.
After a few "practice swings" you're ready to mark your play ball.
IMPORTANT:
The self-inking tech is designed to render 10-15 solid imprints per session before noticeable fading occurs. For best results we recommend not exceeding half a dozen golf balls per stamping session. When done immediately replace the cap to preserve the ink load.
AVOID THE HAZARDS
Pressing down vertically when stamping will result in an incomplete and smudged image.
Avoid leaving the cap off for extended periods when not in use. Even a few minutes exposed could lead to the pad drying out.
Applying too much pressure could lead to over inking the stamp pad and blotching. Remove excess ink by continued stamping on a used golf ball or dabbing on office paper. DO NOT not swipe or drag the stamp pad over any surface in an attempt to remove excess ink as this could damage the pad.
STORAGE
You can store the stamp in your golf bag with confidence. Keep away from excessive heat and sunlight.
