We usually ship within in 1 to 2 days of a confirmed order placement and receipt of payment using the following carriers;

  • Ball Tatt ™ shipped USPS Ground Advantage
  • Pincup ™ single orders shipped USPS Ground Advantage and multiple units are shipped UPS Ground.

Estimated arrival dates do not apply to:

  • Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii,
  • PO boxes and rural areas or deliveries made to U.S. territories, APO, FPO.
  • Items shipped common carrier freight, including boats and car-top boxes.
  • Items that are out of stock at the time of ordering. 


Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 10-14 days from the order date

Please note, international shipments can incur customs or import duties and taxes. Hyde & Horn is not liable for these charges, and are unable to estimate what these may be. For further information please contact your local customs office before placing your order. 


As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If you have not received an estimated shipping date within 2 days please send us an email. 


If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within two business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order being dispatched to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within three business days of your order, feel free to contact us.


Ball Tatt ™ products arrive in a bubble protected polybag envelope.

Pincup ™ bottles are packaged in large polywrap bags with each bottle contained in its own branded box. 

Your item will be shipped in an unmarked shipping box with protective packaging to guard against damage and ensure it doesn't receive any unwanted attention.


Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing (if applicable) for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to and we will immediately process an insurance claim on your behalf.
